VIBSL hosts applications built by our customers. Each one runs on its own subdomain of vibsl.app. We do not write that code and we do not review it before it goes live.

If you have found a site on vibsl.app that is phishing, distributing malware, or otherwise being used to cause harm, tell us and we will act on it.

This inbox is monitored. We acknowledge reports within one business day and aim to act on confirmed abuse within one business day of that. You do not need an account and you do not need to identify yourself.

What to include

A report we can act on immediately usually has all of these. If you only have some of them, send it anyway.

  • The full URL, including the subdomain.
  • What the site is doing, in a sentence.
  • A screenshot, or the headers or page source if you have them.
  • When you saw it.

Do not send us credentials, card numbers or other personal data that a phishing page captured. We do not need it and we would rather not hold it.

What happens next

We review the report, and where the content breaches our Terms of Service we suspend the deployment and notify the customer who owns it. Repeat or deliberate abuse ends the account.

We will tell you what we did if you leave us a way to reply. Where we are legally required to preserve or hand over material, we do that.
